X-Ray Tomography Group

The group for X-ray tomography of technical nanomaterials is based on a lasting collaboration between the University of Siegen and the Deutsches Elektronen SYnchrotron DESY. Our goal is to bring together the expertise in materials and nano science present at the University of Siegen with state-of-the-art analytical x-ray methods offered by PETRA III in Hamburg. To facillitate this collaboration the X-ray tomography group is located both in Siegen, where you can find us on the Emmy Noether Campus, as well as at DESY Hamburg, where we are kindly hosted by FS-PETRA.
